RotaryCell Build Guide Preview

The RotaryCell hardware has reached the point where I can turn my notes and workbench photos into something another person might actually be able to follow. I now have a draft build guide covering the parts, custom boards, wiring, firmware, cellular setup, installation, and final testing.

This began as a working preview while I refined the rear USB-C mounts, wording and photographs. The guide has since moved to its permanent address and will continue to improve as people build from it.
