RotaryCell Build Guide Preview

The RotaryCell hardware has reached the point where I can turn my notes and workbench photos into something another person might actually be able to follow. I now have a draft build guide covering the parts, custom boards, wiring, firmware, cellular setup, installation, and final testing.

This is still a working draft. I am continuing to refine the rear USB-C mounts, and I expect to improve the wording and photographs as more people try to follow the process. The guide will keep the same address while it changes.
